Job Purpose:
Act as liaison between customer and sales, provide customer service via telephone, email.
Job Duties:
1.Based on Company policy, answer internal & external customer queries on status of orders.
2.Ascertain order accuracy, do order entry in system. Ensure all CSR related documentation filing are tidy & safe & properly, including customer's order/forecast, sales order, customer's correspondence.
3.Work closely with supplier chain to track and expedite orders for customer.
4.Receive claim or collect feedback from customers, general report and co-ordinate the relevant function to resolve it.
5.Assist sales manager or ADM to communication with customer about pricing and sampling. Do record and follow up.
Education Required: University Degree
