Job Summary
With minimum supervision and direction, independently administer and follow up effectively and efficiently the procurement administration services and function which includes follow delivery schedule with suppliers, coordinate with logistics (internal and external), payment issues, as well as work in wise. Achieve highest internal customer satisfaction through a professional services. And do sourcing and qualification suppliers in Great China area.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Sourcing potential supplier in Great China and Pacific rim;
2. Collaboration with engineering and supply chain planners.
3. Take some quality control responsibility in supplier sites;
4. Work on RFQ issues;
5. Release and monitor POs;
6. Work on logistic issues;
7. Follow up order/delivery/closure in wise;
8. Coordinate with LTD colleague for any administration issues;
Academic and Working Qualifications
• University graduate on Technical, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience with Sourcing or Purchasing preferably in multinational companies.
• Good command of spoken and written English and local language.
• Good analytical and problem solving skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good knowledge on MS Office tools and applications.
• High ethic standard, with good personnel records
