POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Ensure quality compliance to required quality standard and fulfill corporate quality strategy；
2. Quality System setup and monitoring (include production line, sampling and laboratory testing) for new product line；
3. Drive re-engineering program in Corporate VIP for quality improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Carry out daily quality management/ supervision to quality team;
a. supervision to usage of quality tools and manage suitable quality reports to be produced;
b. provide training to proper usage of quality engineering tools;
2. handle customer quality issue, e.g. complaints
a. give immediate and direct response to customers
b. construct 8D reports to customers
c. work with customers and BU on process change
3. incorporate quality assurance concept in production process
4. drive quality improvement activities, take part in ad hoc projects, comply to Strategic Quality requirement
REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor's Degree: manufacturing/ industrial engineering
2. min 6 yrs in quality engineering, preferably at components manufacturing
3. working knowledge in components manufacturing
4. demonstrated leadership/ supervision skill, good communication skill
5. CET-4, can communicate basic English is an advantage
