Position Title: QA Mgr.

Report to: AVP
Duty & Responsibility:
-To lead and guide a team of Process and Supplier Quality Engineers in order to meet the organization’s quality targets
-To work with Customer closely for the quality issues and to ensure customer satisfaction
-To monitor the Quality performance with reference to the quality targets and to drive the team for continuous improvements
-To work on continuous improvement on Quality systems and to develop and implement related procedures
-To monitor the Quality performance and to work on Corrective and Preventive actions to avoid the recurrence of same error.
-To monitor supplier performance and to work on Supplier quality improvements
-Responsible for establishing the documented Quality systems and procedures
-To work on Documented Quality system like TS 16949, ISO 9000 and complying the requirements.
Requirements:
-Above Bachelor Degree
-10 years experience in the quality assurance, & process control field of PCBA products. At least at 3 years managerial level
-Expert on the system of QA, ISO9000 and preferred in TS 16949
-Strong communication/leadership skill
-Fluent in Oral/Written English, Mandarin and Japanese languages
