注塑工艺工程经理
Responsibilities:
1.Drive the process optimization; improve the technical knowledge & trouble shooting in quality non-conformance, machines & tools, new products and process and machines qualification etc.
2.Build a competent process engineering team in production that can align the full process.
3.Lead production process validation projects to meet customer timeline
4.Resolve related process and production technologies issues
5.Implement improvement plans on quality and cost saving
Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
2.Minimum 10 years in injection molding / quality / processing
3.Familiarize with injection machines and processing on both thermoplastic and thermo set
4.Familiarize with injection mould design, improvement and preventive maintenance
5.Possess knowledge on quality assurance on injection molding process and hands-on experience on PPAP process
6.Strong analytical skills and good in using statistic process control tools
7.Understand the requirements of TS16949 and ISO9001:2000 and implementation
8.Good leadership skill, time management and communication skill
9.Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin
10.Work and station 5 days per week in Shenzhen
