KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assessing Client's Management Systems(e.g. Quality, Environment, OHSAS, etc) in accordance with the standards and relevant specifications.
Reviewing the management documentation, assessing the system, conducting continuing assessment visits and biennial reviews in order to evaluate the Client's Management System before or after Certification.
Conducting/Assisting opening and closing meetings with and providing progress updates to Clients on the conduct of Pre-Assessments / Pre-Visits, Documentation Reviews, Initial Assessments, Continuing Assessment Visits and results of his/her findings; writing nonconformity reports and explaining to the Client, nonconformity and other infractions.
Producing reports on each engagement, documenting all findings.
Recommending certification or further assessment based on the assessment findings.
Reviewing and verifying the acceptance of client's corrective & preventive actions plan.
Planning/Scheduling his/her work to ensure that visiting schedules meet contractual commitments.
Other responsibilities assigned by regional manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
College graduate, with at least 5-year related working experience. IT/Aviation/Logistics/Banking/ EHS/Medical background preferred.
Must be willing to accept jobs assigned by his/her superior.
Must be willing to travel extensively. 年龄:26 周岁以上
