Carbon Brush Specialist
Job description
1.Research on carbon brush materials and other related technologies to advance our technical competency to our competitive edge
2.Execute strategy to design/develop new carbon brush products and processes for mass production
3.Transfer laboratory process to mass production, and supervise the operation
4.Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers/customers on carbon brush component application requirements
Requirements
1.Degree or above in Materials Engineering or related disciplines
2.Handle carbon brush materials and processing qualification
3.Intensive knowledge in carbon brush material processing and production
4.Experienced in carbon brush material R&D projects and production process development
5.Ability to develop required carbon brush material and related production process
6.Knowledge in carbon brush application in micromotors or related businesses
7.Good command of both spoken and written English
