Position: Assistant Store Manager (Nike-owned Retail Store)
Reporting manager: Store Manager
Core Accountabilities
Store business management: Accountable for ensuring revenue targets are met in area of responsibility. Monitor and take steps to deliver successful results with store KPI goals. Monitor space utilization and maximize productivity in areas of responsibility. Communicate key product needs to Store Manager and appropriate partners.
Drive service culture: provide a culture in the store that brings the NIKE Brand to life at Retail; drive customer-focused service culture
Leadership and people development: Support and deliver sustainable training programs. Execute and support Nike HR processes (CFE, IDP, HRP, Succession Planning). Accountable for assuming all responsibilities of Store Manager’s absence.
Operational Excellence: ensure the store optimizes operational performance consistent with NIKE initiatives, priorities, standards, policies and practices
Qualification / Experience Requirement
Bachelor / college degree;
Proficient in MS office applications and retail store system;
Must be able to communicate in English
5 years’ working experience, among which 3 years of retail management experience;
Demonstrate the ability to recruit, lead and manage a team. Experience in coaching & counseling.
Must be able to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed;

4.相关数据统计管理及分析;
5.盘点及库存处理。
职位要求:
1.本科或大专以上学历;
2.5年以上零售行业工作经验,3年以上店面管理经验;
3.良好的沟通能力,出色的团队精神;
4.能熟练使用office办公软件;
5.能适应轮班工作。
