工作职责
Service on company’s new product planning. define product components supply strategy and ensure BOM cost meet target.
1. Early involve in product planning and develop, formulate components strategy, recommend vendor for product concept feasibility.
2. Organize components select workshop to coordinate PS&P, NPI, BLM, Design House and Key Suppliers to take vendor’s valuable ideas and suggestion in initial designing stage.
3. Platform serialization achieved by design standardization.
4. Set up commodity vendor strategy and vendor capability analysis on critical parts.
5. Team competence and organizational improvement.
6. Take ownership on BOM cost throughout the project life.
7. Regularly conduct workshop to review project and price negotiation with design house and key suppliers together.
8. Review and revise AVL according to a set of defined criteria . work with QA to improve 2nd source qualification and development process. manage the supply base of materials and reinforce the implementation of AVL in new projects.

1. Able to formulate a suitable project BOM cost and analysis cost down
2. Strong leadership skill & service oriented.
3. Equip with professional and business ethics.
4. Able to accept changes and challenge task.
5. Strong understanding of ERP system.
6. Good command of English.
