REPORTS TO: Facility Director RESPONSIBLE FOR: Industrial Engineering
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the Site Capacity Study and Planning, make sure capacity meet customer demand.
Lead the site process and efficiency improvement, drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Over all layout planning and improvement, line balancing and optimization.
Able to analyze equipment/tooling availability, provide justification for additional capital expenditure
Follow-up on order delivery and drive set-up schedule
JOB CHALLENGES: Leadership of site capacity planning and drive total productivity
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree or above in Industrial Engineering
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Good English communication skill is required, familiar with AutoCAD, Project and all IE tools
EXPERIENCE:
6-10 years related working experience, at least 3 years in MNC.
