Job description
Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;
Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms. Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries
Qualification
3-year hardware program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success;
Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change,
Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented;
Able to make detailed planning and organizing; (v) Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;
