—Position Description—
The Project Managers/Coordinators work with external clients, vendors and internal production team to manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, and ensure that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations.
—Responsibilities—
• Scope and quote projects for identified clients.
• Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
• Interacting with customers and production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions, to solve project related problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, cost controlling, billings and payment follow-up.
• Summarizing project experiences and lessons and improving our service step by step.
• Organize and participate in client conference calls.
• Other tasks as required.
—Required Skills/Background—
• Bachelor degree and above
• Experience of using Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral abilities in business English. IELTS 6.0 or above, or equivalent
• Quick and efficient learning skills.
• Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills. Ability to manage relationship among customer, internal production and vendors.
• Clear thinker with excellent organizational abilities and communication skills; Multi-Task doer.
• Highly responsible, punctual, and careful; Attention to details is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Though training will be provided, candidates with following background will be considered preferably:
• Localization project management/translation/DTP experience.
• Account management experience in foreign trade companies.
• Overseas working or studying experience.
• PMP certification holder.
