职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2、有丰富的技术经验，精通精密模具设计技巧；
3、五年以上压铸模具设计开发经验；
4、具有精密压铸模具(铝镁合金)设计经验者优先；
5、有良好的团队合作和敬业精神。
Responsibilities:
1. Performs/coordinates the design, manufacture and maintenance of tooling and production equipment including molds and dies
2. Plans and implements maintenance procedures for molds, die and related equipment
3. Controls and monitor outside mold / tool vendors including outsourcing partners in PRC
4. Solves process problems in house and at vendors
5. Participates in various cost and productivity improvement projects
6. Assists in the acquisition of related equipment
7. Provides support in the planning and installation of molding machines and equipment in molding outsourcing partners.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in precision plastic mold development, fabrication/design and maintenance
3. Familiar with the application of CNC machine tools in tooling fabrications and CAD/CAM software such as Pro/E and AutoCAD
4. Minimum 4-5 years related experience is preferable
