Job description:
1.Streamline project management process and correct operation linkage issues during hand off to production
2.Ensure every project team member is operating to the same level and same standard all the times
3.Eliminate air-freight and hand off from pre-sales to post-sales
4.Integrate project team with manufacturing and launch projects on time
5.Instill operation, quality and manufacturable thinking into project team
Requirements :
1.Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
2.Minimum 6 years working experience in manufactory/ operations management, with solid experience in launching projects and project management and China working experience
3.Working knowledge in TS 16949 and possess relevant computer skills
4.Good teamwork, experience in identifying, tackling and preventing problem matters is a definite advantage, good presentation and communication skills
5.Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
6.Willing to work and station in China 5 days per week
