工作职责：
1.Manage the production with tight discipline on process and cost control (5S, SOP, safety etc.)
2.Lead the material control to reduce WIP, ensure 100% OTD and ensure system integrity
3.Maximize production effectiveness/efficiency and output quality considering ergonomics, poke yoke, Kaizen
4.Ensure effective use of the workforce ensuring productivity and ensuring flexibility for peak demands
5.Manage capacity requirement to production loading with a strategic focus
职位要求：
1.Holder of Bachelor Degree, candidate has major in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering discipline is preferred
2.A minimum of 5 years' proven production management experience in managing a sizeable production operation,
3.Knowledge in ERP system and QS9000 or TS16949 quality system
4.At least 2 Years working experience in automotive industry, familiar about automotive industry expectation and working culture
5.Fluent spoken/written English and good communication skills.
6.Strong discipline, well organized individual, systematic thinking and detailed planning skills
7.Able to work and solve problems under pressure
8.Excellent leadership skill and enthusiasm to motivate and manage large team
9.Working experience with ERP systems
