Senior Engineer Specialist
Job Description :
1.Assist in project phase process validation to meet project goals and timelines
2.Support to solve process technical problems so to successfully launch from pilot-run stage to mass production
3.Maintain and improve production efficiency, product quality and cost
4.Bring in new manufacturing technologies to improve production processes and capacity
Requirements :
1.Degree holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
2.Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in process / production engineering
3.Exposure of process validation and project management of new product before launching to production
4.Capable to lead a team of technicians in meeting timelines
5.Experienced in Work Study, Time Study, FMEA, DFMA, jig and fixture design and process layout is preferred
6.Possess team-building skill and have strong sense of crisis management
7.Good communication skill and willingness to try new approach
8.Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
9.5-day work in Shenzhen plant, China
10.Less-experienced candidates would be considered for Process Engineer
SENIOR ENGINEER II, PROCESS
Requirements :
1.Degree or above in Plastic Manufacturing Science
2.Must have more than 3 years experience in project follow up
3.Must have experience in Injection Molding Process Parameter adjusting
4.Must have knowledge in the engineering plastic material
5.Knowledge on plastic production, CAD, CAM and Finite Element Analysis is highly preferable
6.Better to have decision making skill (Operational/ Approach), problem solving skill (technology go / no go), interview skill and change management skill
7.Good Presentation and Negotiation skills
8.Good customer services skills
9.Nice to have people management ( Coaching/Developing others), basic motivation & training, leadership & Team Building skills
10.Must be able to work under high work pressure from decision making, management supplier and customer
11.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
12.Proficient in Cantonese is an advantage
