Name of position: Technical Service lab engineering.
Main Responsibilities and scope of position:
1.Electronic Boards
1）Analysis defective electronic boards (analog & digital technology).
2）Analysis defective components.
3）Using specific test fixture and electronic measurement tools (scope, spectrum analyzer, signature analyzer, etc.).
4）Decision making: repair, downgrade, upgrade, scrap.
5）Repair: replace defective component, Using electrical drawings and BOM.
6）Using soldering stage for the repair activity, including SMT and through hole technologies.
2. PC Computers
1）Analysis faults, using test instructions.
2）Internal modules replacement
3）Operation systems and software installations.
3. Electrical Modules and Power supplies
1）Analysis faults, using test instructions and electrical drawings.
2）Using relevant test fixture.
3）Component replacement.
4）Re-wiring.
4. Logistic activities
1）Responsibility to whole logistical aspects, including: packaging, shipping, and reporting.
2）Responsibility to material control and warehouse.
5. Reporting
1）Reporting to the quality information system.
2）Periodical report to CPO and corporate.
6. Capabilities and knowledge:
Professional
1）University graduated on Electronic.
2）Experience with analysis electronic boards, till isolated components.
3）Professionalism in analog and digital boards and technology.
4）Ability to read and understand electronic drawings.
5）Experience with soldering and repair.
6）Working at electronic companies.
7）Experience with the PC computers: hardware and software installation.
8）Familiar with WIN, LINUX, and UNIX.
9）English –Fluent English.
