We are a 88 % German owned Portable Led Lamp (Pocket lamp) company With quality production facility. We are looking for a Production Supervisor with Option to GM
主要职责（Position Description）：
负责统筹、组织和指导公司的生产管理、产品生产出货、生产技术改进；负责组织并推行精益生产管理；在确保公司产品生产能及时出货并满足客户和市场需求的前提下，确保产品质量达到目标质量水平；
Responsible for plan as a whole, organize and guide on the production management, product manufacturing and delivery, production technique improvement. Responsible for organizing and pushing the implement of Lean Manufacturing. Base on insuring the capacity/delivery and meeting the market demand to reach the target quality.
工作职责（Responsibilities）：
1、协助总经理（德国人）制定公司发展战略；参与制定公司年度经营计划和预算方案；参与公司重大财务、人事、业务问题的决策；
Assist GM on drafting Company Strategy, participate in drafting Annual Operation Plan and Budget Plan, decision-making of important financial, personnel and operation issues.
2、负责统筹、组织和指导公司生产出货，在确保公司产品生产能及时出货并满足客户和市场需求的前提下，确保产品质量达到目标质量水平；Responsible for plan as a whole, organize and guide on the production management, product manufacturing and delivery, production technique improvement. Base on insuring the capacity/delivery and meeting the market demand to reach the target quality.
3、负责组织、制定和实施全公司精益生产的推行、运作和管理，及时了解和监督精益生产管理体系的执行情况，提出修订方案；负责生产成本管控的执行和落实；Responsible for organizing, establishing and implement the pushing, operating and managing of Lean Manufacturing, supervising the operation status of LM management system and propose revise plan accordingly.

4、随时掌握和了解公司生产方面的内外动态，及时向总经理反映，并提出改善建议和措施；
Master and know the internal/external developments on manufacturing at any moment, report and propose suggestions to the GM.
5、领导制定所辖部门（PMC部、装配部、制造部、塑胶成型部）的年度工作计划，并组织实施；
Leading underling Depts.(PMC, Assembling, Manufacturing, Plastic molding) on drafting annual plan and implement.
6、协助建立公司系统化质量管理体系，并负责组织贯彻
Assist establishing systematized quality management system and implement.
7、协助建立公司规范化的产品质量检验标准文件，并负责组织实施
Assist establishing standardized product quality inspection papers and implement.
8、协助制定公司的产品质检标准，组织公司产品质检工作，保证公司产品质量
Assist establishing product inspection standard and organizing inspection jobs, insuring the product quality.
9、协助建立质量管理信息系统，建立规范的质量管理数据库
Assist establishing quality management info system and database.
10、负责分管部门的员工队伍建设，提出和审核对下属各部门的人员调配、培训、考核意见
Responsible for the staff team construction and has the rights on staff allocation, training and assessment.
11、监督分管部门的工作目标和经费预算的执行情况，及时给予指导
Supervising the work target and budget running and give advise in time.
12、负责协调分管部门内部、分管部门之间、分管部门与公司其它部门间关系，解决争议
Responsible for handling the conflicts among depts.
任职要求（Minimum Position Qualification）：
1、大学本科以上，电子、光电或管理相关专业BA and/or above，Electronic, optics or management related
2、10年以上工作经验，5年以上生产运作管理经验，3年以上精益生产推行和管理经验10 years work experience, 5 years of production management experience, 3 years LM pushing and management experience.
3、CET4级及以上，英语听、说、读、写能力流利，能与国外客户和老板顺畅沟通CET 4 and/or above, fluent speaking, reading, listening and writing in English, can communicate with foreigners fluently.
4、具有很强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、生产统筹能力、人际关系处理能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力、谈判能力
Strong leadership, decision-making, manufacturing management, interpersonal, communication, plan implement and negotiation abilities.
5、精通PMC全部流程和运作，有PMC生产统筹管理的实操经验；精通精益生产管理全过程运作和管理；Master in PMC operation, work experience of PMC.Master in LM operation
6、有精益生产推行和管理的实际操作经验 Work experience of LM.
