The ideal candidate should have a good technical background and specific experience of mechanical applications.
The candidate should be “hands on”, able to resolve problems at department level: mechanical applications, tool changing, presetting, machine placing, machine programming, day to day repairs, dimension checks, machine loading/off loading.
The candidate should have knowledge of machines (pneumatic and manual), assembly lines, tooling and installations, work centres (CNC) and has experience in people management.
The candidate must be able to improve and implement the department in order to create more efficiency, he/she must insure that production activity is in line with the instructions from the Planning Department and must manage the availability of components needed for assembly.
The candidate must intervene personally in the event of machine failures and, where necessary, request the intervention of internal/external personnel. He/she should manage overall maintenance of the installations, guarantee their efficiency and liase with IT / Production / Engineering.
A candidate with good English (or the availability to learn in a very short space of time), knowledge of technical drawings and with solid PC skills.
The ideal candidate will be destined to head the future Mechanical Applications Department, therefore he/she will have to train another person to substitute and aid him/her in the role.

2、能够拟定生产设备维修计划
3、对生产流水线有改装、改造的能力
4、根据设计的生产线选定夹具，电、气动等生产工具
5、对材料的热处理有一定的认识，熟知各种金属材料的参数
6、有铝等金属机械加工经验，熟悉齿轮的加工工艺
7、熟悉机械制造工艺、懂铣床、车床等机械加工设备
8、能熟练运用CAD等绘图软件，较强的识图能力
9、较强的动手能力
（需要在一根长约1－2米的、直径约7毫米的硬性钢轴顶端加工一个齿轮）
背景要求：
1、大学本科以上、8年以上机械加工工作经验
2、机械工业工程或机电工程专业
3、能用英语和意大利工程师良好的沟通
4、有逻辑思维，能系统（整体）地思考和解决问题
5、有时间和品质观念
6、性格开朗，能独立地开展工作以及团队合作精神
7、良好的沟通能力和协调能力
