任职要求：
1.重点大学建筑学专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2.较强的方案构思及表现能力，熟练掌握电脑绘图软件或有较强的手绘能力，能独立完成方案；
3.十年以上建筑设计经验，能独立承担项目, 在酒店、医院、写字楼、大型商业中心等公用建筑项目中具有丰富经验；
4.有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。
5.能作为骨干领导及完成项目；
6.熟悉中国建筑设计标准
7.有责任心；良好的交流、汇报技能。
补充说明：
1） 急需一名特别擅长做住宅项目的，不仅是住宅单体设计，而且专长于1平方公里的住宅小区规划概念设计
2） 一级注册建筑师
3） 除了前期方案外，还有一定的后期经验
4） 可独立带项目团队，担任项目经理角色
5） 海归优先

Requirements:

5.Familiar with China national Building design code and standard an advantage;
6.Committed, Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and a Professional in pursue of Excellence;
