Job description:
1.Oversees division operation in terms of cost, response, delivery, quality, order planning, production scheduling, inventory
control and resources utilization
2.Achieve operations goal within budget and be fully accountable for effective cost management
3.Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality requirement from international
quality standard, e.g. QS / TS 16949
4.Staff management and development - grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operation needs / business growth
5.Act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvements in Gemba Kaizen methodology to bring organization to world
class standard
Requirement:
1.Degree or above in Engineering/ Manufacturing Management or related disciplines
2.Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level
3.Knowledge in manufacturing techniques and process on Kaizen / Six sigma, ERP system, logistic management and QS / TS Quality
Systems
4.Knowledge and experience in either Powder Metallurgy components, shaft, metal stamping, and/ or injection molding is preferable
5.Leadership skills with the ability to build and promote team spirits and maintain team morale
6.Good problem solving skills with tenacity and perseverance
7.Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese and conversational Mandarin
8.Willing to work and station in the China Plant
