工作职责：
1、Responsible for raw material and packaging material sourcing in site.
2、Keep core value and business ethics, implement and improve BRRP process.
3、Well understand business needs to drive sourcing work for total lowest cost.
4、Lead and coordinate related function to qualify/manage/develop supplier.
5、Work with regional & global sourcing to implement strategy and make local strategy.
6、Seek for the opportunity of cost improvement, and achieve the saving target.
7、Maintain network internally and externally to accomplish sourcing specific tasks.

任职资格：
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in Chemistry/Polymer/Chemical as a plus.
2、At least 3 years experience in raw material sourcing area, preferably with work experience in fortune 500 companies.
3、Have initiative attitude and good strategy thinking.
4、Well know the supply base of chemical/electronics industry and related international trade.
5、Willing to work in fast-paced and highly communicative environment.
6、Willing to take risk and challenge, have team work spiriting
7、Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
8、Good time management, organization and coordination skills.
9、Good interpersonal and communication skills.
10、Six Sigma certification is preferred.
11、Good verbal and written in Mandarin and English
