One famous European Electronics Company is lookig for a SQE Manager.
Responsibilities：
1.Co-ordinate and monitor supplier performance rating and drive for supplier continuous quality improvement.
2.Conduct supplier survey, plant audit and supplier qualification.
3.Drive and co-ordinate quality issue related to supplier problem within purchasing, IQC engineering & supplier.
4.Formulate & prepare department's report pertaining to supplier quality performance.
5.Drive quality awareness to all personnel in department. Provide support & assistance in quality related issue and problem solving.
6.Assist IQC in receiving inspection activities and provide technical support for all quality related issues.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Materials Management or related fields.
2.Knowledge of SMT process preferred.
3.Minimum 3 years experiences in plastic molding , metal stamping and CMM measurement knowledge preferred.
4.Excellent knowledge in quality tools on SPC, DOE, FMEA with sound analytical skills.
5.Working experience in EMS industry is preferred.
