Responsibilities:
1. 5.Regular Market information collection and analysis to identify the business opportunities and issues;

3. Develop and optimize channel structure, improve channel coverage, cooperate and keep good communicate with distributor/dealers/retailers;

4. Distributor / wholesaler / retailer management;
经销商/批发商/零售商的管理。
5. Execute trade and salespromotion effectively and efficiently;

6. Build up a good sales force and coach them to improve 4P execution skills;
建立一个好的销售团队,指导他们的销售,提高4P(4P指产品价格/产品/产品定位/人员)的执行技巧。
7. Control the total trade spending within the budget and improve the investment efficiency;
在预算范围内控制整个品牌的开发及提高投资 回报率。
Basic Requirement:
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above with good English skills;
本科或以上学历,良好的英文。
2. Over 5 years sales experience in FMCG and at least 2 years senior sales manager;
5年以上在快速消费品行业的销售经验,至少2年高级销售经理的经验。
3. Good distributor management and store execution skills (Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Zhongshan/Shantou preferred);
良好的经销商管理和库存管理技巧(深圳/广州/中山/汕头更好)。
4. 2. At least two years sales managements experience in the local city;
两年以上当地销售管理经验。
5. Ability working under high stress, creatively and patiently;
有丰富当地销售经验,能独立高效开展工作。
6. Resourceful & open-minded;
开朗,资源丰富。
7. Travel within the region is required;
要求在负责的区域内出差。
