1)Responsible for the implementation of the full range of human resources benefits administrations. This includes but no limited to local social securities in different cities, supplemental insurance program, selecting and managing the HR service providers, maintain and update the current HRIS system; administer in the payroll and the communication of C&B;
2)Develop and improve the use of performance linked to compensation.
3)Attract, motivate and retain staff by implementation a total compensation program that is competitive in the market place.
4)Provide expert advice and guidance to line management in usage of the compensation and benefits plan
5)Conduct ongoing research of current benefits and compensation trends in the market place.
6)Participate in market research, i.e. Survey pay practices of competitors
7)Participate in job assessments, i.e. Job Specifications, Job Grade
8) Participate in promotions, i.e. Job change or upgrade
Participate in merit increases processes i.e. Annual cycle, Merit Pool, Differentiation based on performance
9)Work with hiring managers and HRD to develop and extend appropriate offer packages
10)Play a key role in employee relationship and communication.
