2到3年的英文教学经验, 最好是5-11岁儿童英文教育
很好的了解中国1-5年级教育体制, 最好理解西方教育体系和教学方法
很好的了解儿童学习的需求 特别是第二外语学习者
具有较高流利水平的英文
出色的沟通技巧，喜欢孩子与教学
愿意长期致力于儿童英文教育（对待工作严肃）
2-3 years English teaching experience, especially ages 5-11
A good understanding of the Chinese education system, grades 1-5 preferred;
(knowledge of the western education system and/or teaching methodology would be an asset)
Have a good understanding of the needs of the young learners, particularly young ESL learners
A high level of English language proficiency
Excellent communication skills，A love of children and teaching.
