Responsibilities :
· Purchasing of Brass, Copper, Steel, or Electronics Parts (PCB/PCBA)
· Manage sourcing strategies, pricing, actual procurement, and escalations
· Coordinate with various parties in sales forecast, demand planning, production scheduling, quality assurance, other supply chain issues
· Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for assigned commodity in a global basis
· Drive suppliers to improve their scorecard performance and report supplier performance
· Purchase order follow up with supplier and overseas partners
Must-have Requirements :
· Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management
· Minimum 3 years experience in procurement of Brass / Copper/Steel / Electronics (e.g. PCB/PCBA)
· Conversant with commodity specific issues and able to relate to issue with contractual terms and conditions that affect procurement
· Knowledge of ISO9000/TS 16949 implementation, ball bearing or Commutator China market is preferred
· Capable for development and implementation of worldwide procurement and commodity management strategies
· Excellent communication and people skills required with ability to integrate and influence cross functionally and cross culturally
· Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin); Have sourcing experience in the motor industry or automotive industry is advantage.
