Responsibilities:
To perform factory audits, in-process quality assurance and pre-shipment inspections to assure the quality of products bought through the low cost county supply chain.
-Act as the primary source of operational contact between suppliers and customer business.
-Perform in process quality assessments on supplier sites in line with product quality plans.
-Ensure all products are manufactured, stored, packed and shipped to company specifications.
-Escalate any quality concerns to quality assurance supervisor.
-Promote quality culture in partner manufactures.
-Conduct supplier audits for existing and new suppliers to ensure the sourcing of products that meet the engineering specifications.
-Manage the implementation of supplier corrective action plans where appropriate.
-Perform other quality- related job.
Requirements:
-College graduate in mechanical , chemical or metallurgical majors.
-At least two years practical inspection experience, especially in furniture, mechanical, wood, metal, sanitary ware, and so on, multinational companies preferred.
-Extensive background in quality engineering and inspection, factory audit is a plus.
-Skilled in reading and writing blueprints, plans and technical documents.
-Ability to work both independently and as a good team player.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of English and Mandarin.
-Strong computer skills in using MS Office.-Willing to travel in China.
