工作职责：
1、生产项目的执行、计划和分配，监督车间的进度和质量；
2、生产订单的维护和改善，车间文化的提升；
3、在员工与管理人员之间建立良好的沟通机制；
4、检查设备维护反馈反馈信息；
5、生产流程、生产设备、生产环境、生产安全面貌等方面提供建议；
6、与人力资源部紧密合作，组织培训。
要求：
1、机电专业大专或以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、有电机、空气压缩机、真空吸尘机及电动工具工作经验者优先；
3、工程师或技术员职称，27岁以上；
4、工作积极主动、刻苦耐劳、合作性强和有团队精神；
5、英语说写流利。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Implementation of productive projects, planning and allocation, monitoring progress and quality of the workshop;
2.To maintain and improve the production order, promote cultural for the workshop;
3.Build the communication channels between the employees and the management step;
4.Responsible for overseeing of the feedback of for equipment maintenance;
5.Make the suggestion of improved processes, production equipment, production environments, and Product safety aspects;
6.Cooperated closely with the human resources department, responsible for organizing and training.
Requirements:
1.Acad. Degree or above, Majored in Mechanical-Electrical background;
2.Holding experience of electric Motor, Air compressor, Vacuum cleaner or electric tool is preferred;
3.At least 2 years working experience of related positions;
4.Engineer or Technician, 27 years above;
5.Initiative, hardworking, cooperative and good team work;
6.A must of good command of both spoken and written English.
