C&B Specialist
Position Summary职位概述:
-He/She is responsible for C&B System and reports to HR manager directly;
-Ensure the compliance of law and company policy (tax, insurance etc..) in compensation and benefits;
-Ensure the consistency align with global policies.
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
-Monitor employee attendance and overtime record;
-Verify and maintain leave records in the HR system;
-Handle staff inquires on attendance issue.
-Calculate, check & payout monthly payroll, social insurance, IIT and year-end bonus, etc;
-Prepare and distribute pay slip for employees;
-Handle staff inquires on payroll details;
-Help manager on payroll & headcount budget.
-Prepare & deliver HR information timely & accurately, i.e. headcount, turnover rate, overtime trend, average salary, etc;
-Collect, consolidate & provide reports to various clients, i.e. Finance, Head Office, Department Heads, etc.
-Use and maintain HR information in the system (Cityray and Peoplesoft);
-Work with IT specialist, provide feedback based on use of C&B aspect.
-Employee personal file filing;
-Manage the requirement by authorities.
Qualification/Competency Requirement资质/能力要求:
Qualification:
-University degree, good at communication, influencing and presentation;
-Patient, responsible;
-3 years C&B experience, solid HR knowledge;
-Good in written and oral English;
-Good in computer skill, particular in Excel operation.

-Good interpersonal skills & reliable;
-User friendly and satisfactory internal/ external customer services.
