Requirement：
1．正规院校本科以上学历；
2．熟悉电信增值业务运营,具备业务分析能力\计划，组织及沟通技巧；
2、熟练SQL Server数据库操作；熟练掌握SQL语言；精通WEBSERVICE、XML；
3、熟练掌握一门编程语言熟练，熟悉.net，深入掌握一种以上脚本语言；
3．性格稳重，心理承受力强；
