Key Business Responsibilities
1. As a technical expert in supporting the electrical and mechanical, chemical system in operation& maintenance, which includes, but not limited to the HV/MV/LV electrical power, UPS, Transformer, generator, HVAC, compressed air system (OFA), cooling/chilled/heat water system, fire protection system, life safety system, RODI, AWN system, etc.
2.Responsible for troubleshooting, incident route-cause analysis, operations reliability improvement, energy monitoring & conservation and innovation engineering.
3.Manage the training system and take the lead in implementing the sustaining training for Technicians.
4.Review, develop and implement engineering processes and continuous improvement programs
5.Develop and manage preliminary design and drawing of engineering modification, innovation and additional project work
6.Be responsible for the tools or instrument calibration.
7.Lead in investigating any incident related to facility operation. As a single point of the technology, attend the outside incident investigation; communicate the technical related matters with outside resources.
8.Establish and maintain ISO system.
General Qualification Requirements
1.Diploma, bachelor degree in Engineering or related field, e.g. HVAC/ Mechanical/Electric/Automation, etc.
2.Minimum five years working experience in large-scale factories
3.In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems described above
4.Good command of both writing and reading in English
5.Strong coordination and influencing skills;
6.Strong follow-up capability.
