POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Development Manager is expected to own and improve customer relationships and as a result accomplish or exceed iSC revenue objectives
Strategic:
• Market, customer and revenue trend analysis
Functional:
• Revenue goal setting
• Customer relationship development and maintenance
• Revenue forecasting and reporting
• Membership program promotion and maintenance
职位职责:

宏观战略上,能够分析市场走向,客户需求和收入趋势
可以完成收入目标的设定,客户关系的拓展及维护,预测收入并及时汇报,推广并完善ICC的会员制度。
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• College graduate with a tertiary degree in business and marketing discipline – background in technical industries preferred
• Have at least 5 or more years of line management responsibility in a multinational company with relevant experience
• Qualified understandings towards strategic planning and business development
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Leadership quality with superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the initiative and drive to function effectively across functions and business units, with the maturity to appreciate and observe corporate guidelines and divisional policies
• Possess high ethical standard and professional integrity which is beyond reproach
要求:
1. 本科学历及以上,并且获得商科和市场营销专业学历,具有技术行业背景者优先。
2. 具备在相关跨国公司工作五年以上的垂直管理经验
3. 对战略发展和商业发展有一定的认识
4. 必须精通英语,普通话
5. 具备组织领导能力,并有良好的人际交往才能
6. 工作主动性强,能高效地同各个职能部门和商业部门合作,能理解公司的指导方针和部门所有的政策
7. 为人正直,有很强的道德责任感
