T Senior Business Analyst ( IT 高级业务分析员)
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To translate business requirements into functional specifications
2. To analyze process and systems and make recommendations for modification / enhancement of applications and business procedures
3. To assist System Development Teams and Business Analyst Teams on system testing
4. To manage system implementation process (planning, requirements gathering, test, implementation, etc)
5. To assist users in UAT to ensure requirements are well-tested and met
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University graduate in technical field (such as industrial design or engineering or Computer Science, Operations management, Operations Research or other related disciplines) plus 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial design, engineering, tool design or equivalent experience
2. Strong command of both written experience preferably in process re-engineering, consulting or other relevant fields
3. Knowledge of the Cogons, Crystal Report or MS Access System. And proficient in MS Office Suite, workflow package and MS Project is definite plus
4. Good communication skills, Customer-focused and people oriented, able to communicate (both in English and Cantonese) effectively with team members, management, and customers
5. Detail oriented , organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
6. Highly self-motivated with superior analytical, presentation and communication skills
