Responsibilities:
Interface with customers to support the sales efforts of the operation;
Supply customers with updated reports on production commitments and project performance, provide quotations and answers to technical questions;
Assist with after sales follow-ups to ensure the customer’s specifications are met.
Coordinate engineering and sales group;
Provide daily direction for projects to ensure operational objectives are achieved;
Coordinate order bookings, deliveries, manufacturing, system integrations, and mold trails;
Give presentations to management, which provide updates about the status and justification of systems projects;
Participate in special projects as assigned by the General Manager, such as planning and coordinate Technical Symposiums, Open Houses, market research, etc.;
Work in projects with Manufacturing Engineers and Field Sales in order to obtain orders;
Work with suppliers for the integration and support of systems projects
Requirements:
An engineering degree/diploma.
3to 5 years practical experience in an injection molding environment;
Ideally 3 to 5 years sales experience;
Excellent knowledge and application of injection molding technology (molds and machines).
Strong analytical and decision making skills;
Strong technical aptitude;
Strong commercial aptitude;
Demonstrated project management and supervisory skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Experience with Microsoft Office Software.
