Job description:
1.Manage internal Quality System Audit, Process Audit to meet customer specific requirement in product launching effectively and efficiently.
2.Implement Quality and Reliability Initiatives/Programs of Global 8D, Human Factor Enhancement, Layered Process Audit, Document Change Control Process, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/Control Plan Workshop Training
3.Manage internal and external audit findings, drive for continuous improvement effectively
4.Establish and drive Design and Production Team to implement Quality Engineering Programs of Total Control Methodology, DOE, Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, Application Based Reliability Testing/Analysis etc.
Requirements:
1.Degree holder or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
2.Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing plant, of which at least 5 years in supervisory level in Quality field with Automotive exposure
3.Experience in developing QS9000, TS16949, ISO9001, VDA 6.1 system
4.Qualified as internal lead auditor
5.Good knowledge in Supplier Quality Control, Design Control, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Global 8D and automotive customer specific requirements
6.Self motivated, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
7.Possess logical thinking, meticulous with drive to solve problems
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
9.Willing to work and station in China
