Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise/manage Maintenance Equipment team;
2. Responsible for the machine management in SMT, FAS(wave soldering),Cable(injection) area;
3. Responsible for the preventive maintenance for SMT, FAS, injection machine;
4. Cost (Equipment ,spare part, maintenance) control;
5. Machine down time control;
6. OEE calculation;
7. Equipment improvement to get process request;
Requirements:
1. College or above education;
2. Five years or above Maintenance Equipment experience;
3. With conception of electric and mechanical;
4. English speaking and listening;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Good people management skills;
7. To be able to work under pressure;
8. Team work player.
