职位描述/要求:
Key Responsibilities:
·Monitor the daily job of Customer Service Coordinator to make sure it complies with BV procedure, client’s requirement and other necessary regulation;
·Create a suitable environment by coordinating with other departments to let CS coordinator work easily and smoothly;
·Internal Administrative tasks;
·Coaching new staff according to Customer Services SOP/SD.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above;
·Excellent command of English,CET6 or above or equivalent level;
·at least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing a team about 5 - 10 memebers;
·Good interpersonal communication and team building skill.
