-Establishes a newly plant in China
-Contacts the Chinese administration for approbation, taxes, fees, subventions.
-Establishes capital spending plan and sales budget
-Establishes sales priorities and manages office performance against the sales plan, checking progress on a regular basis
-Plans and manages the process of selling products to OEM
-Identify new automotive customers, builds up relationships with customers and acquires prospects
-Persuades customers to buy, solves customer problems, adds value to customer operations and resolves conflicts
-Develops persuasive approaches that can be used to convince customers to choose products on the basis of overall value based on a combination of design, quality, service and price
-Develops relationship to Chinese car and truck manufacturers
-Creates opportunities for interaction with client staff in order to build a relationship of trust and open communication
-Provides input on all opportunities through frequent dialogue with company staff
-Supports Business Development Manager in developing business plan for China Business
-3 to 7 years of related management experience in foreign companies, esp. European and American companies, in the automotive business would be helpful
-Experience in a similar position preferred
-Has a good knowledge of Chinese Auto Market Industry
