Main responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and formulate sales strategy and fulfill sales targets
Be responsible for business development and customer relationship management
Establish a competent distribution network and continuously improve it
Lead the sales team to reach or exceed the sales targets
Build up the sales team and continuously grow its competency so as to deliver added-value solutions to customers
Initiate and manage sales projects, e.g. bidding, negotiation, etc.
Keep well posted about competitors' information and take countermeasure
Provide timely report to GM

Working experience:
Has hands-on experience in sales management position in international companies
Technical background of engineering
Have demonstrated experiences in the machine tool industry

Able to drive business growth in a fast-developing market
Language:
Fluent in English & Chinese Mandarin, both speaking and writing
