某大型跨国外资企业研发中心:
Responsibilities:
1. The purpose is to lead mechanical engineers in PZT Team to establish design and to solve critical/urgent problems in the mechanical designs, sample and productions. Since this is Piezo electric related application, it is needed in general for the mechanical specialist with the experience in the PZT or ultrasonic motor mechanical structure designs in application levels.
2. Develop/test/maintain PZT related mechanical applications, such as micro lens module, mini camera optical zoom, auto focus and so on.
3. Using spring load/other methods to hold the high-friction stator tip of the PZT against a slider.
4. Anticipate the “stick-slip” in the slider movement and solve the difficulty in moving precisely in small steps because when the slider moves on a linear bearing, the push force or holding force of the motor is limited by the coefficient of friction.
5. Make use of thread friction to perform useful work by converting rotation to linear motion, providing a mechanical advantage that multiplies output force and resolution.
6. Delivering lens module for high-volume, low cost applications.
7. Design for manufacturing.
8. Design methods to make piezo motors, position sensor, and image sensor circuit to work in an effective way. Needs communication skills and patient with electronics designer.
9. Working with electronics engineers to verify in-system performance of the design.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
2. More than 3 years related working experience.
3. Have a basic knowledge and skill of making piezoelectric ceramic materials (PZTs) to provide source of moving force.
4. Familiar with the technical terminologies, e.g. “side-drive” type of piezo motor, bending vibration of the PZTs, “stick-slip” in the slider movement, “direct-drive” design with four PZT plates are bonded to a rectangular metal tube, thread friction, shock loads.
5. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
6. Working knowledge and good at Solidworks.
