Position Details:
● FPY improvement activity base on knowledge of products.
● Testing system development and maintenance.
● Test software sustaining.
● Test time reduction.
● Test SPEC/plan review and update.
● Handle failure product FA, RMA product FA/PRP.
● New product introduction and test development.
● Operator/Technician training and certification.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in photo-electronics engineering or electric engineering.
● At least 2 years testing work experiences in electrical or fiber optical manufacturing, PCBA debug knowledge and skill is plus.
● Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization.
● Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is preferred.
● Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, a team player.
● Familiar with VB/VC language for test system development, LabView is a plus.
