Position Details:
● FPY improvement activity base on knowledge of products.
● Testing system development and maintenance.
● Test software sustainings and time reduction.
● Test SPEC/plan review and update.
● Handle failure product FA, RMA product FA/PRP.
● New product introduction and test development.
● Operator/Technician training and certification.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in photo-electronics engineering or electric engineering.
● At least 2 years testing work experiences in electrical or fiber optical manufacturing, PCBA debug knowledge and skill is plus.Or, prefer to have more than two years RF testing working experiences on optoelectronic devices, or fiber optics communication industries.
● Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization.
● Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is preferred.
● Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, a team player.
● Familiar with VB/VC language for test system development, LabView is a plus.
