Position Details:
● Be in charge of thin film products testing and process.
● Thin film testing station set up, development and troubleshooting.
● Implement process control (SPC, PFMEA), documentation, training.
● Process and yield improvement and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
● Master or higher on Optics, Physics, Materials Science, or related.
● At least 2 years thin film testing or thin film coating process experiences.
● Problem solving, FMEA, and SPC skills desired, knowledge of six sigma is advantageous.
● Good communication skill on both Chinese and English.
